ROTARY 3-STEP PAINT CORRECTION

Our Rotary 3-Step Paint Correction is our most intensive machine polishing correction service, designed for severely defected finishes requiring multiple stages of correction and refinement.

The process begins with an aggressive rotary cutting stage to address severe defects. A second correction stage further removes remaining imperfections and refines the initial cut, whipe removing holograms followed by a final DA finishing stage to eliminate haze from the previous stage and maximize paint clarity, depth and gloss.

EXPECTED RESULTS

Approximately 85–95% defect removal where safely achievable.

The goal is maximum safe correction—not simply 100% defect removal. Deep scratches, stone chips, severe etching, clear-coat failure and defects that cannot be safely corrected will remain.

🔄 3-STAGE CORRECTION PROCESS

STAGE 1 — HEAVY ROTARY CUT

Rotary polishing with an aggressive heavy cut compound and appropriate wool cutting pad to remove the majority of severe defects.

STAGE 2 — MID STEP CORRECTION

A secondary 21mm Da, mid step polishing stage removes remaining defects while refining out holograms and imperfections created during the heavy-cutting process. Paired with a medium polish compound and a mircofiber pad. ( paint hardness dependant )

STAGE 3 — FINAL DA REFINEMENT

A fine finishing polish and 15mm DA polisher are used to eliminate remaining haze and maximize gloss, clarity and depth.
